Returns & Refund Policy

At Product & Service Solutions, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. We understand that occasionally a product may be defective. Our standard return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase for defective items. We will, at our discretion, offer a refund or an exchange for defective items.

Important Note: While our default return window is 30 days, some products may have longer or shorter return policies. Please refer to the individual product description for specific details.

Special Note Regarding Software, Videos, and Copyrighted Materials: Software, videos, and other copyrighted materials are not returnable once they have been opened, downloaded, installed, or otherwise accessed. This is due to copyright restrictions and licensing agreements.

Special Note Regarding As-Is and Used Items: Items sold "as-is" are not returnable. Used items are also not returnable unless a specific return policy is stated in the used item's listing. Please carefully review the product description before purchasing any used item.

Special Note Regarding Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if the returned item is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Shipping costs and any customs duties or import fees are not covered on international sales.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return (excluding non-returnable items like software, videos, copyrighted material, as-is items, and used items without a specific return policy), the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You must notify us of the defect within the applicable return window (30 days unless otherwise stated in the product description) of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that are not defective or damaged.
  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Software, videos, and other copyrighted materials that have been opened, downloaded, installed, or accessed.
  • Items sold "as-is."
  • Used items, unless a specific return policy is stated in the used item's listing.

Return Process

To initiate a return (excluding non-returnable items), please contact us through our website at: https://proservsolutions.com/contact with the following information:

  • Your order number or receipt.
  • A description of the defect.

Once we receive your request, we will review your request and may request additional information (images of the defect, further installation details) or request that you perform certain diagnostic tests (if applicable). Assuming the issue can't be resolved we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving the returned product (excluding non-returnable items), we will inspect it to ensure it is defective. If the product is deemed defective, we will, at our discretion, offer either a refund or an exchange.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If we opt for an exchange, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost (excluding international customers)
